Governing Law, Jurisdiction; Legal Fees

GENERAL
Disputes & Claims
If you have a concern or dispute related to the use of this Site, you agree to first notify us by email at [email protected] and provide a reasonable opportunity for the issue to be addressed informally.
If the matter cannot be resolved informally, the parties may agree to attempt mediation in Fredericton, New Brunswick, with a mediator mutually selected by the parties. Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise agreed.

All fees are listed in CDN and are subject to change without notice. By purchasing through our Site, you authorize us and any third-party payment processors we use, to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount at checkout, including any applicable taxes.
Refunds
Any refunds issued will be in our sole discretion and determined on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or missed appointments, will result in any appointment deposit being retained.
Chargebacks & Billing Disputes
If you have a question or concern regarding a charge on your account, you agree to contact us directly and allow us a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback with your credit card provider or financial institution. If a chargeback is initiated, we reserve the right to provide relevant documentation to the payment processor, including but not limited to booking records, signed consent forms, receipts, and confirmation of services rendered or policies agreed to at the time of booking. We also reserve the right to pursue recovery of any amounts refunded through a wrongful chargeback, including the cost of such recovery and any legal fees incurred.
Payment Authorization
If any payment is recurring or made via a payment plan, you authorize our continued access to your financial information stored in any third-party payment processor we may use until your payment has been received in full and in accordance with any other payment terms accepted at the time of checkout.
Memberships Programs
